FRANCISFRANCIS X1 steam knob

(Code: Dampfknopf) FRANCIS - X.- der 2. oder 3. Generation. Wenn Ihre Maschine im Bereich des Knopfes/Hahns undicht ist, ist möglicherweise der O-Ring am Hahn/Knopf beschädigt und/oder die Gewindeverbindung zwischen Ventil und Knopf ist abgenutzt. Sie können einfach einen neuen Knopf oder ein neues Ventil ausprobieren, aber es ist wahrscheinlicher, dass beide abgenutzt sind und es im Allgemeinen besser ist, sie zusammen als Bausatz zu kaufen. If your machine is leaking from the knob/tap area then the o-ring will have perished and the threaded spindle will not be creating the necessary seal between the tap and the knob.

If your machine is leaking from the knob/tap area then the o-ring on the tap/knob may have perished and/or the threaded connection between the valve and the knob will be wearing. You can try just a new knob or a new valve, but it's more likely that both have worn and are generally better purchased together as a kit.
